Over this ties a skirt overlay that is made of yards and yards of a matching fabric. It is cut almost apron like with an opening at the front and it simply ties into place and is sized so that you get an opening down the front so you can see the dress under it and also see your legs. You could probably get clever and style it to wear in a variety of ways with the tie at the side or back, or you can get clever and use it as a top tier or a cape. Really unusual and cute.
